Annual General Meeting

Hey folks, the annual general meeting of the Kispiox Valley Music Festival Society will be held via Zoom at 2 pm on Sunday, November 15, 2020. If you want to attend, email a request to agm@kvmf.ca

The purpose of the AGM is to elect a Board of Directors for the society, consisting of the executive (president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer) and directors (three or five).

The minimum number of directors is 3 and the maximum is 5. The current board has 3 directors, so there's room for 2 more people to join the board even if all current members stay on.

I know it's kind of a weird time for music festival meetings when the outlook for the next festival season is so uncertain but I really hope to see plenty of people at our AGM.
